Что делать

• Launch, scale, and optimize advertising campaigns (Google/Social/Native/R&D).
• Dive into numbers and metrics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and turn data into understandable solutions.
• Experiment with new approaches, channels, and formats.
• Participate in creative brainstorms with the designer, marketing leaders, and product team.
• Analyze competitors: their campaigns, messages, creatives, and funnel structure.

Требования

• 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, analytics, or related fields.
• Ability to work with numbers, analytics, and dashboards.
• Quickly adapt to changes and not be afraid to go beyond the scope.
• Attentive to details and reliable.
• Propose, test, analyze, and move processes forward.
• English: B2+ required to work with foreign markets and materials.

• Knowledge of basic marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and understanding of how each affects the company's P&L.
• Practical experience launching campaigns in Google/Meta or other performance channels.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for quick analysis, A/B tests, and budget planning.
• Experience in Big 4 / Big 3.
