Scrum Master (Fintech): Driving Agile delivery within a large-scale IT project in the banking sector with an accent on establishing effective Agile practices and ensuring strong team collaboration. Focus on roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and integration across multiple delivery streams.

Salary: 2500 - 5000 € gross (for employees in Latvia only)

What you will do

Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Drive Agile discipline, backlog transparency, and continuous improvement.
Lead the IT stream: planning, coordinating vendor/internal development teams, and ensuring delivery commitments.
Support roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and integration across multiple delivery streams.
Report on sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments.
Remove blockers, foster accountability, and coach teams and stakeholders in Agile practices.

Requirements

3 - 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex, multi-team environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or similar scaling frameworks).
Hands-on experience in IT development projects, ideally in banking, financial services, or enterprise systems.
Proven leadership skills in backlog management, planning, and delivery tracking.
Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills (English and Latvian required).
Ability to adapt Agile practices pragmatically to fit project needs.
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and change.
