What you will do

• Manage and prioritize bug reports from internal stakeholders.
• Report bugs and reproduce them through the complete bug cycle.
• Coordinate testing efforts to ensure the delivery of quality features.
• Advocate for product quality within a cross-functional internal custom software solution.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s long-term automatic testing strategy.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in quality assurance, testing and debugging of frontend applications (JavaScript) in big scale projects.
• Ability to read and understand HTML and JSON API responses.
• Experienced in manual testing (explorative and destructive) as well as automated testing (e.g. with cypress.io).
• Experience in handling databases such as MySQL.
• Ability to get a quick grasp of complex technical systems.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Ability to use the browser dev tools to investigate the root causes of simple bugs.
• Ability to read and interpret PHP code and have cursory programming knowledge.
