What you will do

• Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns specifically on Taboola and Outbrain.
• Manage full marketing funnels including creatives, landing pages, and prelanders.
• Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign profitability.
• Monitor traffic quality and ensure consistent performance across all channels.
• Test new approaches, ad angles, and scaling strategies to drive growth.
• Negotiate conditions with partners and maintain high traffic performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Taboola and/or Outbrain.
• Strong expertise in native ads campaign setup, optimization, and scaling.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in working with CPA, ROI, LTV, CPC, and CTR.
• Experience managing funnels, prelanders, and creative testing.
• Solid understanding of tracking systems and performance measurement tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from Cyprus, Georgia, or Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads.
• Background in affiliate marketing.
