What You’ll Do:

•  Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in native networks (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, etc.) within the Crypto vertical;
•  Scale successful funnels and test new approaches;
•  Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), run A/B tests, and improve performance;
•  Manage large budgets and allocate them effectively across traffic sources;
•  Collaborate with analysts and the creative team to strengthen the funnel;
•  Contribute to product improvements and suggest enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:

•  2–3+ years of media buying experience in Native (Crypto experience is required);
•  Deep understanding of traffic acquisition in native ad networks;
•  Proven experience scaling campaigns and identifying growth opportunities;
•  Strong understanding of funnels, analytics, and user behavior patterns;
•  Experience with PPC, Push, Display, or UAC is a plus.
