What you will do

  • Own and manage the sporty games lobby across all core LATAM markets.
  • Maximise visibility and discoverability of key games, promotions, and new releases within LATAM lobbies.
  • Optimise localisation across LATAM markets, ensuring content, naming, and presentation are culturally and linguistically appropriate.
  • Use a data-driven approach to monitor lobby performance, player engagement, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Plan, coordinate, and map new game releases across LATAM markets.
  • Align closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all lobby content and configurations meet local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with online casino games, ideally in lobby management, games operations, or content optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM market, particularly Brazil; local market knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed recommendations.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with globally distributed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with suppliers and internal partners.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, operational environment with competing priorities.
