What you will do

• Define regional growth strategy, including market prioritization and long-term scaling roadmap.
• Provide senior oversight across all performance channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic.
• Shape brand presence and media partnerships to drive recognition and trust in key markets.
• Act as a strategic partner to analytics, product, and creative leadership teams.
• Identify high-value growth levers through assessment of market dynamics and user behavior.
• Advise executive leadership by translating complex data into clear strategic narratives.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven experience scaling digital campaigns specifically within African markets.
• Strong expertise with major performance marketing platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Advanced analytical mindset with experience in BI and attribution tools.
• Excellent project management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or highly regulated digital industries.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French or Portuguese.
• Experience with OOH, DOOH, and PR initiatives.
