What you will do

• Create high-quality motion content for digital marketing, social platforms, and display advertising.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and brand teams to deliver creative assets aligned with business goals.
• Manage the full motion design lifecycle from conceptualization to final delivery.
• Use data and performance analytics to iterate and refine creative design decisions.
• Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and identify new motion design trends and tools.
• Support the growth of the design team by participating in the recruitment of new talent.

Requirements

• Based in the EMEA region
• Proven professional experience in motion design with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience producing high-performing motion content for digital marketing environments.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a cross-functional setup.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bannerflow.
• Knowledge of project management software like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
