TL;DR
Motion Graphics Designer (Motion Design): Producing high-impact motion content for broadcast, digital, and social media platforms with an accent on sports and entertainment storytelling. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Kew, West London (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote)

What you will do
- Design and animate motion graphics for high-profile sports, entertainment, and live events.
- Create concepts, style frames, and storyboards from initial briefs.
- Work across both 2D and 3D pipelines for broadcast, social, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal Designers, Producers, and Directors to ensure on-brand visual quality.
- Adapt content across multiple formats and manage project timelines from concept to delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a motion design or creative studio setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 2D and/or 3D motion design.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience with Cinema 4D or similar 3D software.
- Passion for sport and storytelling.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in the Kew, London office.
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience with Unreal Engine, Blender, X-Particles, or Nuke.
- Previous experience working with sports content (football, rugby, motorsport).
