Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid role, 3 days per week in-office)

What you will do
- Manage HR inquiries and support tickets via Jira from employees and managers.
- Coordinate end-to-end documentation for hiring, termination, and employment lifecycle changes.
- Handle administrative tasks including addendums, medical leave tracking, and occupational health compliance.
- Maintain accuracy in employee management tools like SuccessFactors and physical/digital archives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for local HR audits and legal authority reporting.
- Draft and process monthly reports regarding medical certifications and state recovery documents.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in HR administration.
- Strong command of Romanian HR practices, labor legislation, and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Romania without employer sponsorship.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
