What you will do
- Calculate costs for finished and semi-finished goods and manage cost forecasting for new product requests.
- Execute planning cycles and maintain accurate data input in SAP and Oracle HFM systems.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, including production checks and inventory valuation.
- Create management reports and perform in-depth analysis on cost variances.
- Lead strategic optimization projects such as Copacker Management and Smart Data initiatives.
- Provide training and support to business partners within operations departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an operations controller.
- Degree in business administration with a focus on finance or controlling.
- English proficiency required, German language skills are considered an asset.
- Proficiency with SAP ERP (FI/CO, MM/PP, SD) and Oracle Hyperion.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL) for predictive modeling.
