What you will do

• Provide technical leadership to ship secure, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Mentor colleagues through code reviews and promote best practices in security and performance.
• Drive team priorities and help stakeholders break down complex work effectively.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of features from architecture design to deployment.
• Champion quality through the implementation of BDD and TDD processes.
• Independently solve complex technical challenges across the full stack.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Proven hands-on commercial experience in NodeJS and Typescript.
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable microservices.
• Experience with AWS serverless cloud computing and container technologies like Docker and ECS.
• Proficiency in REST API implementation and frontend frameworks such as VueJS.
• Strong understanding of NoSQL and RDBMS systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
