Systems Engineer (Air Traffic Management)

What you will do

• Perform requirements analysis and develop detailed specifications for air traffic control systems.
• Configure software systems to meet specific customer project needs.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and end-users throughout the project life cycle.
• Conduct on-site testing, validation, installation, and commissioning at customer airports worldwide.
• Facilitate customer workshops and provide technical training sessions on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar systems engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in Linux and software testing/validation methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English for interaction with international teams and clients.
• Ability to travel internationally for customer support (approx. once per month).
• Must be able to pass security vetting based on Swedish regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with network configuration and project management tools.
• Prior background in aviation or air traffic management systems.
• General knowledge of software development processes.
