TL;DR
Senior iOS Engineer (Fintech): Designing, building, and maintaining critical trading features in the company's mobile application with an accent on app performance, scalability, and code quality. Location: Must be based in or able to work from the New York, NY office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
Salary: $153,000 – $230,000 USD (based on compensation zone and location).

What you will do
- Build and maintain high-impact iOS features supporting trading workflows and customer engagement tools.
- Write clean, maintainable Swift code and contribute to improving overall development quality through rigorous reviews.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver reliable mobile solutions.
- Identify and resolve complex performance bottlenecks to ensure a smooth, responsive trading experience.
- Support technical planning by breaking down initiatives into clear, actionable milestones.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in iOS development, shipping high-quality applications at scale.
- Strong expertise in Swift and modern frameworks including SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives end-to-end with thoughtful design and architectural tradeoffs.
- Experience driving quality through automated testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering stakeholders.
