Salary: $180,000 – $270,000 (depending on compensation zone)

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with distributed systems at scale.
• Deep proficiency with Kafka, Flink, and Debezium.
• Strong background in event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge technical team efforts.
• Ability to work from the Bellevue, WA office 3 days per week.
