What you will do

• Serve as the single point of contact for complex, enterprise-level program lifecycles, driving collaboration and decision-making.
• Manage end-to-end integration projects, including technical architecture alignment and change management strategies to ensure rapid value delivery.
• Provide proactive risk assessment and mitigation plans while driving resolution of issues between user stakeholders and internal teams.
• Develop and implement project governance models, ensuring scope, time, cost, and quality are balanced against business objectives.
• Facilitate smooth project handovers, including comprehensive knowledge transfer to support teams post-implementation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the hirify.global Implementation Methodology and internal practitioner community tools.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in complex technology or business transformation programs with enterprise-level strategic users.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, ranging from highly technical to business-focused stakeholders.
• Strong program management expertise with a track record of driving large-scale outcomes in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to lead executive-level stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise decision-making structures.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills suitable for high-stakes client engagement.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Dublin HQ as this role is based at the company's primary location.

Nice to have

• Background in management consulting, technology advisory, or professional services.
• Industry certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster.
• Prior experience in the payments industry.
• Familiarity with integration and testing of APIs.
