What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-quality UI solutions using React and TypeScript.
• Drive architectural decisions and lead large-scale refactorings in a shared codebase.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies using Vitest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Promote technical excellence through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and performance optimization standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in React and strict TypeScript programming.
• Experience with TanStack React Query and Apollo Client (GraphQL).
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, testing practices, and code quality principles.
• Experience with Playwright for component and end-to-end testing.
• Must be able to work onsite in Prague.
• Ability to lead complex assignments and mentor team members.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vite, pnpm monorepos, and micro-frontend architecture.
• Knowledge of AG Grid, React Hook Form, and Zod schema validation.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong UX sensibility and understanding of accessibility standards.
