What you will do

• Build and maintain reusable Shopify components and templates to accelerate landing page creation.
• Optimize web performance to improve site speed, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Deliver high-quality, clean, and maintainable code with minimal post-launch fixes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams.
• Document workflows and establish technical standards for future web development.
• Participate in shaping the future structure of the web development team.

Requirements

• Approximately 4 years of experience in Shopify front-end development (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JS, JSON, GraphQL).
• Proven experience building custom themes and reusable sections with a focus on web performance.
• Solid understanding of the Shopify Plus ecosystem, integrations, and API-based automations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving eCommerce environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate closely with UI/UX designers.
• Clear communication skills and an ownership mindset regarding technical results.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRO and UX optimization tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows or headless Shopify setups.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing code from other developers.
