What you will do

• Create expressive 2D character, environment, and VFX assets.
• Implement AI-powered workflows to accelerate creative iteration and asset production.
• Build and maintain custom LoRA models to support faster ideation.
• Integrate and optimize 2D assets directly within Unity.
• Collaborate with technical art and engineering to evolve the content pipeline.
• Define art standards and maintain a cohesive visual identity across projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a 2D Art Generalist in the gaming industry.
• Production experience using generative AI tools for creative workflows.
• Expertise in animation, VFX, and design principles.
• Experience shipping performance-optimized 2D content for mobile using Unity.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in 2D artwork, animation, and UI.
• Excellent collaboration skills suitable for a fully distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spine or similar 2D animation software.
• Proficiency in creating 2D shaders and materials.
• Strong grasp of prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
