What you will do

• Drive deep-dive investigations into KPI shifts to uncover root causes and hidden trends.
• Lead and mentor a team of Brand Analysts to develop strategic ownership skills.
• Monitor the business ecosystem, assessing the impact of acquisition, CRM, and fraud initiatives.
• Bridge the gap between business and data science teams by translating commercial needs into technical requirements.
• Develop innovative segmentation strategies to enhance predictive modeling for churn, LTV, and propensity.
• Act as the final gatekeeper for brand health to ensure growth-related initiatives remain balanced.

Requirements

• Proven commercial or analytical experience within Social Gaming or iGaming environments.
• Strong P&L mindset and business owner mentality focused on efficiency.
• Previous leadership experience with a passion for developing analytical talent.
• Technical literacy, including solid understanding of data structures and SQL.
• Understanding of how Machine Learning creates business value.
• Natural drive for investigation and challenging the status quo.
