What you will do

• Own the category budget, OTB, margins, and YoY growth targets.
• Build and execute long-term category strategies using data, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Manage a portfolio of brands, including negotiations, KPIs, and marketing investments.
• Define and maintain assortment strategy, pricing architecture, and purchasing models.
• Analyze performance metrics such as sales, NPS, stock efficiency, and marketing ROI to optimize strategy.
• Collaborate with Planning, Marketing, and Digital Trading teams to align on visibility and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in category management or buying, specifically within the beauty sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets and complex performance data.
• Capability to source, onboard, and develop luxury brand partnerships.
• Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth and optimizing stock efficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Dubai.
