What you will do

• Build and execute the UAE market-entry plan focused on outbound remittances from Dubai to priority markets.
• Drive early partnerships to accelerate adoption and reduce friction using stablecoin rails.
• Translate strategy into measurable traction, targeting significant growth in transactions and volume within 12–18 months.
• Provide executive oversight of the compliance agenda to ensure alignment with VARA expectations and controls.
• Maintain senior-level engagement with UAE regulators to reinforce leadership credibility.
• Act as the primary liaison between Dubai market realities and the company's global leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in UAE.
• Senior leadership experience in fintech, payments, or remittances specifically within the UAE market.
• Demonstrated ability to build a new market presence and convert partnerships into volume.
• Strong understanding of crypto and stablecoins, specifically how stablecoin rails enable remittance economics.
• Prior experience engaging with UAE regulators (VARA experience is ideal).
