What you will do
- Define and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across paid search, social, and influencer channels.
- Drive ROAS optimization and acquisition efficiency by leveraging predictive modeling and deep analytical insights.
- Manage marketing budget forecasting, channel-mix modeling, and campaign performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and Data teams to align spend with business objectives.
- Develop and enhance performance reporting dashboards to ensure data accuracy and actionability.
- Identify marketing opportunities and validate hypotheses to improve LTV and reduce CAC.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital analytics, or growth marketing within e-commerce or retail.
- Deep expertise in media mix modeling, budget forecasting, and ROAS optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Adjust, or Tableau.
- Proven experience in paid media execution across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, Snap, and TikTok.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies for senior stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work from Dubai in a hybrid capacity.

- Proficiency in SQL or Python for data analysis.
- Experience working cross-functionally with data science and growth teams.
