What you will do
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for internal marketing technology platforms.
- Translate complex marketing and technical requirements into actionable product solutions.
- Partner with marketing and technical teams to ensure scalable platform development and adoption.
- Apply data-driven insights to guide A/B testing, experimentation, and platform prioritization.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication and clear documentation.
- Prototype and ideate platform features using emerging technologies like AI/LLMs.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Proven background in growth, martech, adtech, or data platform development.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Dubai, as the role is hybrid/onsite with no remote option.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and modern tech stacks.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies.
