What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of videographers and editors to maintain high quality and creative consistency.
• Direct and execute video shoots including product films, campaigns, and short-form social assets for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Manage production logistics including budgeting, scheduling, equipment, and on-set direction.
• Oversee post-production workflows, providing hands-on editing, motion graphics, and colour grading.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers, Stylists, and Marketing teams to interpret briefs and ensure output meets commercial KPIs.
• Implement quality control processes to guarantee technical accuracy across web and mobile platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Media, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional video production experience with 1-2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling capability and leadership on set.
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Extensive experience with cinema/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and professional audio capture.
• Deep understanding of video formats and delivery requirements for digital platforms.
