What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end production of the Managing Middle East franchise, from guest research to final delivery.
• Identify and secure high-profile business leaders and decision-makers as guests.
• Plan and lead on-location shoots, directing camera operators and on-air talent.
• Script and oversee video edits to ensure strong narrative flow, accuracy, and clarity.
• Adapt content for digital and social platforms, including promotional assets and related editorial articles.
• Manage all production logistics, including scheduling, locations, and contributor coordination.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in television or video production, specifically in interview-led or factual business formats.
• Proven experience leading shoots and working with high-level contributors and on-air talent.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to develop compelling interview angles.
• Excellent writing skills for scripts, headlines, and digital editorial copy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for managing senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Editing experience in Adobe Premiere or equivalent software.
• Deep understanding of post-production workflows.
