What you will do

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the entire cart, checkout, and payment journey.
• Gather customer insights via surveys and interviews to identify and resolve friction points.
• Analyze key performance metrics like cart abandonment and payment success to prioritize initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and data science to deliver product improvements.
• Balance business objectives with customer-centric needs to maximize conversion and contribution margin.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI, to optimize personalization and fraud prevention.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product management with a focus on e-commerce, checkout, or marketplace platforms.
• Proven ability to balance customer-centric product management with business objectives.
• Excellent analytical skills to optimize the customer journey using data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai as this is a hybrid onsite position.
