What you will do

• Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies to drive user activation, retention, and conversion across key LATAM markets.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage high-impact partnerships with payment providers, exchanges, and fintechs.
• Analyze key performance metrics including CPI, LTV, and transaction volumes to optimize resource allocation.
• Serve as the voice of the LATAM user to inform product localization and identify market-specific needs.
• Execute localized GTM plans, including pricing, positioning, and channel strategy.
• Monitor the regional regulatory and compliance landscape to ensure product alignment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven success in Growth, Business Development, or General Management in Fintech, Crypto, or Mobile sectors.
• Deep knowledge of the crypto industry, DeFi, and the stablecoin ecosystem.
• Proven experience launching and scaling consumer products in major Latin American markets.
• Strong negotiation and partnership management skills.
• Native or professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Analytical, data-driven, and autonomous mindset.
