What you will do

• Develop and implement reusable UI components using modern frameworks.
• Ensure applications meet accessibility standards and provide an inclusive user experience.
• Optimize front-end performance for speed and responsiveness across devices.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and maintain data consistency.
• Contribute to design discussions and provide technical input for product usability.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation and best practices for development.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Cambridge office 2 days per week.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Proven ability to program using React in a production environment.
• Understanding of CSS, Redux, and TanStack Query.
• Skill in translating design files from Figma accurately.
• Knowledge of web application security fundamentals and data structures for big datasets.

Nice to have

• Portfolio or public GitHub repository showcasing previous work.
• Strong awareness of UX design practices.
• Proficiency with Git.
