What you will do

• Monitor and support production ETL workflows using Informatica IICS/IDMC and PowerCenter.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents to minimize system downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for data pipeline stability.
• Manage and monitor complex batch job scheduling using Autosys.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams on platform enhancements and issue resolution.
• Document processes, incident resolutions, and technical best practices.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of professional experience in ETL development and production support.
• Hands-on expertise with Informatica IICS/IDMC and Informatica PowerCenter.
• Advanced SQL skills with Oracle or SQL Server databases.
• Experience with Autosys for job scheduling and production monitoring.
• Strong analytical and effective problem-solving communication skills.

Nice to have

• Basic scripting and troubleshooting in Unix/Linux environments.
• Exposure to Databricks for data engineering and analytics.
• Python scripting skills for automation tasks.
