What you will do

• Lead the post-technical win strategy for strategic accounts to ensure successful deployment and consumption of hirify.global workloads.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer production status and complex escalation resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to align delivery strategies with customer business objectives.
• Develop and execute enablement and product adoption plans to maximize the value customers receive from the hirify.global Lakehouse.
• Manage executive and operational governance, reporting on KPIs, risks, and technical project status to internal leadership.
• Navigate internal Engineering and Product organizations to facilitate product innovations and preview features for key customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the Data and AI domain.
• Programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting.
• Deep understanding of distributed data systems and solution architecture.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive large-scale technical projects.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
