What you will do

• Act as a technical leader and enabler for a skilled engineering team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure roadmap delivery with high quality.
• Perform technical analysis, system design, and architecture implementation.
• Write clean, modular, maintainable, and robust code for digital asset solutions.
• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle from design and implementation to deployment and support.

Requirements

• Must be a Swiss or European citizen.
• Proven experience as a technical or team lead managing development teams.
• Over 7 years of software development experience with proficiency in Golang, Java, or Rust.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native ecosystems, Linux, networking, and distributed systems.
• Experience with containerized runtimes like Kubernetes or Docker and infrastructure tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Solid experience with modern software development practices including continuous delivery and testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain, DeFi ecosystems, and digital assets.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, or Flutter.
• Experience with C, embedded systems, or reverse engineering.
