What you will do

• Execute client orders following best execution policies and strict risk limits.
• Manage and supervise relationships with exchanges, OTC dealers, and liquidity providers.
• Oversee the proprietary trading portfolio, including hedging and risk compliance.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of high-performance trading infrastructure.
• Prepare research papers and daily newsletters regarding digital asset markets.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure efficient trade settlement and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, or business administration.
• 3+ years of trading experience with crypto, FX, or derivatives in regulated financial institutions.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain the advanced CySEC certificate.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
• Quantitative mindset with a structured approach to risk and compliance.

• Knowledge of market-making strategies.
