Location: Lisbon, Portugal with a possibility to work remotely 52 days per year.

JoomPulse is an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre sellers, providing insights into the most profitable products and fastest-growing categories, and is one of the key businesses of hirify.global.

What you will do

• Implement the company’s privacy risk strategy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all legal matters related to JoomPulse.
• Handle all relevant legal inquiries and issues.
• Lead the AI transformation of the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a top law firm and/or a b2c product firm, ideally with IT at its core.
• Core competences in Privacy (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) and Brazilian contract law.
• Curiosity and drive for AI application.
• Project management skills, ability to dissect complex tasks into steps, determine stakeholders and necessary inputs and outputs.
• Drafting skills (contracts, RoPA, DPIA, etc.).
• English (C1+) and Portuguese
• Ability to find the right tools and people to accomplish tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce/marketplaces.
