Employment Relations Lawyer (Legaltech)

TL;DR

Employment Relations Lawyer (Legaltech): Providing legal expertise in employment law matters and supporting HR and the line organization with complex legal interpretations with an accent on collective agreements and union negotiations. What you will do

• Work closely with the ER Lawyer colleague in Sweden supporting HR and the line organization in complex legal matters.
• Lead and participate in Nordic HR projects in the fields of employment relations as well as compensation and benefits.
• Coordinate employee benefits in Sweden, monitoring trends and ensuring the relevance and competitiveness of the Swedish benefit offering.
• Contribute to aligning and improving employment relations processes across the Nordic countries.
• Participate in union cooperation and negotiations in Sweden.
• Provide training and tools for HR and leaders on employment relations topics, both locally and in a Nordic context.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in law.
• At least 5 years’ work experience, some of which is from an HR organization.
• Knowledge of the insurance / financial branch collective agreement is meritorious.
• Experience in compensation and benefits is meritorious; a strong interest in learning about the area is essential for this role.
