What you will do

• Enhance video processing and streaming components for the media server.
• Work with codecs and containers including H.264, H.265, MP4, and MKV.
• Implement real-time transport protocols such as RTSP, RTP, and WebRTC.
• Optimize low-latency pipelines and streaming performance.
• Integrate and extend FFmpeg-based media processing pipelines.
• Refactor existing code and increase unit and functional test coverage.

Requirements

• Strong background in modern C++ (C++11 or newer) in multi-threaded environments.
• Experience with video processing pipelines or media frameworks.
• Solid understanding of video codecs, container formats, and streaming concepts.
• Proficiency in real-time streaming protocols like RTP, RTSP, or WebRTC.
• Experience in high-performance or low-latency systems development.
• Proven ability to implement unit and functional tests.

Nice to have

• Experience with FFmpeg.
• Knowledge of media transport protocols and NAT traversal (STUN/TURN/ICE).
• Cross-platform development experience with Windows and Linux including embedded devices.
• Familiarity with WebRTC media pipelines.
