We are looking for a Senior Backend developer (TS node.JS) in a European outsourcing company to develop a new project.

Conditions: Remote work. B2B contract with a German company.
Location: Worldwide (working Time zone- CET)
Salary: from 5K+ euro gross
Company: «HR-Teams» RPO Provider

Project Objective: The Product powering partner apps and workflows for doctors, pharmacies, and internal operations. Whether it's generating prescriptions or enabling access to care.
As a Senior Backend Engineer you’ll work  in a space that’s less about visual design and more about functionality, flows, and reliability. You’ll contribute across the stack, but with a focus on backend-heavy features, such as prescription handling, login-based partner app flows, and core business logic. It’s full stack, with a logic-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Build flows and screens used by healthcare professionals and partners, from prescriptions to profile access
Contribute to both frontend and backend, with more emphasis on backend logic, data modeling, and system behavior
Create simple, functional UIs for service users, where clarity matters more than aesthetics
Write clean, testable code that’s easy to understand and maintain across product surfaces

Your Profile:
5+ years of experience backend development
Strong with TypeScript, Node.js, relational databases (PostgreSQL) and the newest AI tools
As a plus if you’ve used Zod, Drizzle ORM, or worked with tools like Grafana, Firebase, ArgoCD
