What you will do

• Collaborate with artists and engineers to build efficient asset creation workflows and pipelines.
• Validate and optimize game content to ensure visual quality and performance.
• Create visual effects using particle systems, shaders, and in-engine tools.
• Develop scripts and tools for asset management, export, and pipeline automation.
• Create complex interactive sequences and transitions in collaboration with animators and developers.
• Implement functional, well-structured, and modular game UI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience working with content in-engine (Unity/Unreal).
• Strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating technical art capabilities.
• Proficiency in scripting (game logic or tools) using C# or Python.
• Proven experience in shader development and understanding of rendering pipelines.
• Deep understanding of 3D content components including geometry, topology, and rigging.
• Advanced artistic skills with high attention to detail in composition and color.

Nice to have

• Experience with Maya modeling and pipeline automation (MEL/Python).
• Experience with GLSL/HLSL for specialized shader development.
