What you will do
- Provide comprehensive administrative and service support to Relationship Managers servicing private banking clients.
- Handle client enquiries, instructions, and resolve issues effectively.
- Monitor transactions and activities within client accounts for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update client data, reports, and internal records including credit reviews.
- Coordinate with internal Product Groups, Operations, and other functional departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare presentation materials, handle correspondence, and manage schedules for the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma from a reputable institution.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client interfacing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across departments.
