What you will do
- Lead general HR activities including C&B, HRIS, benefits, and organizational people management.
- Oversee General Affairs functions to optimize company resources and support business needs.
- Develop and execute talent management plans to ensure optimal placement and ongoing development of top talent.
- Localize HR strategies to meet corporate goals while improving operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders and global HR teams to achieve strategic business outcomes.
- Act as an HRBP by identifying employee needs and communicating improvements across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional HR experience.
- Proven ability to partner with management to develop and drive people strategies.
- Experience in mobile, internet, or financial industries.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decisive judgment skills.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency in English required.
Nice to have
- Proven experience as an HRBP.
- Relevant HR experience in a global company environment.
- Fluency in Korean or Japanese is an asset.
