What you will do

• Lead general HR activities including C&B, HRIS, benefits, and organizational people management.
• Oversee General Affairs functions to optimize company resources and support business needs.
• Develop and execute talent management plans to ensure optimal placement and ongoing development of top talent.
• Localize HR strategies to meet corporate goals while improving operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders and global HR teams to achieve strategic business outcomes.
• Act as an HRBP by identifying employee needs and communicating improvements across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional HR experience.
• Proven ability to partner with management to develop and drive people strategies.
• Experience in mobile, internet, or financial industries.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decisive judgment skills.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Proficiency in English required.

Nice to have

• Proven experience as an HRBP.
• Relevant HR experience in a global company environment.
• Fluency in Korean or Japanese is an asset.
