What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Advise managers, leaders, and employees on people matters, performance management, career development, and HR policies.
- Improve work relationships, employee morale, productivity, and retention.
- Analyze people trends and metrics, visualize data, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Establish measures to support compliance with labor laws and company regulations and minimize legal risks.
- Resolve employee-relations issues and grievances while conducting regular meetings with business units.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of HRBP experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to advise business leaders and managers on performance, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Ability to work onsite in Taipei, Taiwan.
