What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end production of campaigns, explainers, and executive interviews.
• Define and maintain the brand's visual language in motion, including pacing, tone, and storytelling style.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to ensure visual consistency across all video touchpoints.
• Build workflows and systems for efficient, repeatable, and scalable video production.
• Manage asset libraries to optimize the reuse and cross-channel distribution of video content.
• Measure engagement metrics to test new formats and improve content impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video production experience in technology, fintech, or product storytelling.
• Strong command of production, editing, and post-production software like Premiere and After Effects.
• Exceptional visual judgment and storytelling instincts.
• Ability to work independently and manage external vendors effectively.
• Strong understanding of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative assets.
