Focus on planning and conducting courses both in Norway and internationally, and participating in project teams.

Location: hirify.global, Norway. Travel nationally and internationally is required.

What you will do

• Create and further develop course materials for maintenance, operation, and handling of missile and weapon systems.
• Plan course activities tailored and adapted for the customer.
• Conduct courses in Norway and at international customer locations.
• Participate in a project team with responsibility for following up on activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering and/or relevant defense background.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Pedagogical abilities.
• Good oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Ability to be security cleared and authorized.
