Focus on building high-performing data teams, implementing AIOps practices, and ensuring robust data security and compliance across the enterprise.

Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand

What you will do

  • Define and execute a comprehensive data vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, nurture, and grow a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists.
  • Architect and operate a scalable data ecosystem including ingestion, transformation, and governance frameworks.
  • Implement AIOps and automation to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.
  • Drive self-service analytics standards to empower cross-functional teams company-wide.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global standards like PDPA and GDPR.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data fields with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in data architecture and cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience implementing modern stacks including Apache Iceberg, Data Lakehouse, and AIOps.
  • Expertise in data governance, security frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent command of English and Thai (written and spoken).
  • Proven success in building data-driven cultures and managing stakeholders at scale.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Airflow, Airbyte, Kafka, dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake, Tableau, or Looker.
