What you will do

• Design and implement high-performance, secure, and scalable systems using Rust.
• Build and maintain infrastructure that supports high-volume transactional flows.
• Navigate complex technical stacks to solve distributed systems challenges.
• Collaborate with the research team to advance cross-chain messaging protocol capabilities.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code in a fast-paced environment.
• Articulate complex technical concepts and contribute to architectural decision-making.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in systems programming with a strong focus on Rust.
• Proficiency in backend development using languages such as TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS services for deploying, managing, and scaling applications.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and distributed systems patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with blockchain technologies and smart contracts.
• Background or interest in decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Experience working with workflow engines.
