QA Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Taipei or Kaohsiung, Taiwan

What you will do

• Perform testing activities across one or more projects using quality assurance tools, scripts, and software.
• Develop and execute test cases, diagnose issues and bugs, and create test data when needed.
• Coordinate test-related information with developers, project managers, and business operations.
• Identify quality issues and drive corrective actions to resolve them.
• Contribute to quality strategy, testing practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ability to identify and escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a global engineering organization.

Nice to have

• Experience developing automated tests.
• Experience testing web applications and mobile devices.
• QA experience in payments, finance, or banking.
