What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of React developers, ensuring high code quality through technical guidance and reviews.
• Design and implement scalable micro-frontend architecture using modern frontend tooling.
• Develop high-quality UI solutions using React, TypeScript, and state management libraries.
• Build and maintain reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design systems.
• Collaborate with backend teams on system integrations using REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Maintain best practices for performance, security, accessibility, and automated testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with deep React expertise.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven hands-on experience with micro-frontend architecture.
• Must be based in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) required.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright) and CI/CD workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or enterprise-level environments.
• Knowledge of backend technologies like Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures such as Kafka.
