What you will do

• Manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for multiple entities across diverse jurisdictions.
• Prepare detailed project and budget reports for joint venture partners and field exploration teams.
• Oversee accounts payable workflows, vendor compliance, and documentation for audits.
• Develop AI agents and automation solutions to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local reporting requirements, indirect tax filings, and quarterly variance analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with at least 5 years of professional experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
• Proven experience working with international accounting operations and multi-jurisdictional entities.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar enterprise accounting software.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaborate across time zones.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
