What you will do

• Strengthen and improve platform security, risk management, and system resilience.
• Automate security processes including access controls, credential rotation, and compliance checks.
• Ensure continuous compliance with GDPR, SOC2, and related security standards.
• Develop and drive the overall security strategy and technical roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support secure development and incident management.
• Lead and mentor security champions to foster a culture of security awareness.

Requirements

• Professional-level coding skills for code changes, tooling, and developer guidance.
• Strong analytical ability to identify, prioritize, and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Experience with cloud environments, security automation, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to communicate complex security risks in business terms.
• Must be based in Sweden.
