What you will do

• Build scalable LLM-based solutions to process millions of insurance documents.
• Extract and synthesize precise information to provide a comprehensive view of insured entities.
• Collaborate with full-stack, ML, and DevOps engineers to implement production-ready AI systems.
• Drive R&D initiatives to solve complex, industry-specific challenges.
• Own the full lifecycle of backend features from design to deployment and iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep Python expertise.
• Experience deploying LLMs in production at scale.
• Strong background in system design, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency with AWS, serverless technologies, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with asynchronous workflows and cloud environments.
• Must be based in the USA.

• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and coding agents.
